Verified Browser-Only Processing
When you use WebToolsHub converters (such as Image Converter, Merge PDF, or JPG to WebP), your files are opened into your device's RAM via the standard FileReader API. They are decoded and re-encoded locally. At no point are payload chunks transmitted across network sockets.
