Why Scan Paper Documents Directly to PDF?
Physical paperwork—rental agreements, receipts, tax forms, and medical records—is susceptible to loss, damage, and fading. Scanning physical pages directly into Portable Document Format (PDF) guarantees:
- Standardised Layout: Pages display identically on any operating system, phone, or tablet.
- Multi-Page Compilation: Multiple receipts or contract pages are bound sequentially in a single lightweight file rather than dozens of loose camera photos.
- Submission Readiness: Australian government services (such as myGov and ATO), banks, and legal portals universally accept PDF files.
