DigiLocker is the most reliable method for downloading a legally recognized, tamper-evident PDF of your Driving Licence.
- Visit the official DigiLocker website: https://www.digilocker.gov.in/ or open the mobile app.
- Sign in using your Aadhaar or mobile credentials.
- Click on Issued Documents > Get More Issued Documents.
- Search for Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
